I went to this iconic hotel with my family to celebrate my mother’s birthday at Scape Restaurant and I was absolutely blown away!

Obviously this stunning hotel with a seven-star reputation needs no intro🌟 It is sail shaped to resemble a dhow echoing the city’s rich Arabian heritage.

But still here are some quick facts for you:
It is one of the tallest hotels in the world and sits on a man-made island 🏝. You can only access it via a bridge road.

It has already broken many Guinness World Records such as the world’s most expensive cocktail 🍹(for an eye watering 27,321 aed), and the world’s largest tin of Caviar. A hotel so fancy it has no ‘rooms’ only ‘suites’, and a 24-hour butler service.

The interior of this fabulous hotel is decked out with lavish Statuario marble, embellished with 24-carat gold, and it also has the largest Swarovski crystal wall in the world! There is a large fountain on the second floor of the lobby which shoots up water towards the highest ceiling you’ve ever seen. You can choose from 17 different types of pillows on its pillow menu, and it’s duvets are meant to be of the very finest quality worldwide 🌎 . Sounds super comfy to me! 😉.

The flower arrangement in the lobby looked spectacular when we entered. Apparently they have 16 in-house florists, and I was told they ship flowers from all over the world, as well as including a guest’s favorite floral display in their suite...such a lovely touch.

Then ofcourse you have the hotel’s famous helipad which has featured many celebrities such as Tiger Woods. Not forgetting The Terrace, only the first man-made luxury beach with infinity pools and cabanas.

I could go on all day about it’s ultra luxurious Talise Spa with it’s breathtaking views, it’s Michelin starred chefs and top notch restaurants, or even it’s impressive Turtle Rehabilitation Program, but I think that however I describe this magnificent hotel, you just have to come see it for yourself!! 🤩
